Our Programs

Empowering Women to Thrive

The Magnolia Project is based on our five GLOWE pillars focused on empowering women to GROW, LEARN, OVERCOME, feel WORTHY, and ultimately EMPOWER themselves and others.

Ready to Take the First Step Forward?

The Foundation for the Future program is a 13-week, trauma-informed development experience designed for women who are ready to move from survival toward stability, clarity, and confidence.

At The Magnolia Project, we don’t offer quick fixes or handouts.
We offer education, structure, and community — the tools women need to rebuild their lives with intention.

About the Program

  • Grow – Personal and professional development

  • Learn – Education and skill building

  • Overcome – Resilience and problem solving

  • Empower – Confidence, leadership, and agency

Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook and ongoing facilitator support throughout the program.

  • Seeking stability, clarity, and direction for themselves and their families

  • Ready to commit to personal growth and skill development

  • Willing to show up consistently and do the work

No prior experience or education is required — just readiness for change.

What You’ll Gain

Participants leave the program with:

  • Increased confidence and self-awareness

  • Practical skills in budgeting, time management, and job readiness

  • Tools to navigate community resources effectively

  • Improved communication and boundary-setting skills

  • A network of peers, mentors, and community connections

Most importantly, participants gain language, structure, and belief in their ability to move forward.

What Comes Next

Graduation from the 13-week Foundation for the Future program opens the door to Magnolia Momentum — a six-month continuation phase designed to deepen transformation and prevent regression during critical life transitions.

Magnolia Momentum focuses on:

  • Financial freedom through continued education, planning, and accountability

  • Trauma recovery by strengthening emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust

  • Leadership and purpose by helping women step into confidence, agency, and vision

Through monthly strategy sessions, mentorship access, and peer accountability, participants apply what they’ve learned in real-world settings — work, education, relationships, and personal decision-making.

This phase is about moving from insight to independence, ensuring that progress made in the classroom becomes sustainable growth in everyday life.

The journey culminates in a Capstone Retreat, a facilitated transition designed to integrate learning, reinforce identity, and prepare participants to lead their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Our Three-Phase Model: A Structured Path to Lasting Change

The Magnolia Project delivers a long-term, education-based empowerment model designed to support women as they rebuild stability, confidence, and direction after trauma, poverty, and domestic abuse.

Rather than one-time workshops or short-term interventions, our program offers a phased, intentional journey that supports growth over time.

PHASE ONE

Foundation for the Future

13-Week Core Program

Foundation for the Future is a 13-week, trauma-informed program for women who are ready to move forward — even if they’re not sure what comes next.

Through weekly sessions, you’ll build confidence, practical skills, and clarity in a supportive community. This program focuses on growth, self-worth, financial stability, boundaries, and career readiness.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to begin.

Graduates may continue into Magnolia Momentum, a six-month phase focused on financial freedom, trauma recovery, and leadership — followed by an earned Capstone Retreat.

PHASE TWO

Magnolia Momentum

6-Month Continuation Phase

Magnolia Momentum is a six-month continuation phase designed to help you turn growth into lasting change.

This phase focuses on:

  • Financial freedom — building confidence around money, planning, and stability

  • Trauma recovery — strengthening boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-trust

  • Leadership and purpose — stepping into your voice, confidence, and direction

Through monthly strategy sessions, peer support, and mentorship, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in real-world settings like work, education, and relationships.

Magnolia Momentum exists to keep you connected, accountable, and supported as your life continues to move forward.

PHASE THREE

Capstone Retreat

Integration and Transition

The nine-month Magnolia journey culminates in a Capstone Retreat — an earned weekend experience designed to turn inward growth into outward confidence.

Set in a beautiful outdoor environment, the retreat blends adventure, reflection, and leadership. Through guided challenges, shared experiences, and meaningful connection, participants are invited to step beyond comfort zones and discover just how capable they truly are.

With experiences that may include outdoor activities, time in nature, fireside conversations with mentors, music, and uplifting sessions with inspiring speakers, the Capstone Retreat is both a celebration and a transition.

This is not a reward.
It is a reminder.

A reminder that after months of showing up, doing the work, and choosing growth — you can do hard things, and you can do them well.

The retreat marks the close of one chapter and the confident beginning of the next.

What Makes The Magnolia Project Different

  • Long-term structure, not one-time workshops

  • Education-based empowerment, not financial handouts

  • Trauma-informed, but future-focused delivery

  • Peer accountability and community, not isolation

  • Measurable outcomes, not anecdotal success

We do not duplicate existing services.
We complement community systems by teaching women how to navigate them effectively, confidently, and sustainably.

Impact & Outcomes

Success at The Magnolia Project is measured through participation, completion, and growth indicators, with evaluation tied to confidence, financial literacy, career readiness, and self-efficacy.

2026 Projected Outcomes:

  • 90 women served

  • 85% or higher program completion rate

  • Increased financial confidence and budgeting skills

  • Improved employment readiness and career clarity

  • Demonstrated growth in goal setting, boundaries, and decision-making

Participants leave the program with practical tools, shared language, and support systems that extend well beyond the classroom.
