Beautiful Girl, You Can Do Difficult Things!

Part One is our intense weekly program that focuses on personal and professional development for qualified female applicants.

The applicants must be passionate about creating change in their lives that will open doors and propel them forward. We equip our participants with usable tools that dramatically improve their ability to handle difficult situations and everyday life challenges. Our personal development program uncovers the false beliefs that hold us back and replaces them with positive ideals to make lasting life changes. Our professional development program is hands on and teaches interviewing, resumé writing, and professional communication. We also host a private job fair just for our ladies. In addition, we provide a shopping field trip paid for through donations to those participants that meet the attendance requirements of the program. Lastly, we provide mentorship to our ladies through previous graduates of the program and by bringing in local female business leaders to speak on topics they excel in.

The most powerful part for me has been learning to believe in myself and never give up. I don't know if you realize it or not but the class about interviews came right before the interview for my promotion that is changing my life. You ladies gave me the confidence to go for it and not be afraid to take pride in the things I am good at, and never stop working on my shortcomings – but be proud EVERY step of the way!

Growth, Connection and Sisterhood

Part Two is our ongoing monthly group meeting to encourage and inspire continued growth for those that graduate from the weekly program.

We will have a new topic every meeting with the opportunity to openly discuss where we are and what more we need to do to get there. We will have weekend retreats and fun activities together as well.

I have gained a purpose that I didn't even know. This group gives me a sisterhood that I needed.

How to Help

The Magnolia Project has so many ways that you can help women in need that everyone can find a way to give back.
